Due to changes in banking service user patterns and limited visits to our bank office, we have decided to close Luminor Narva branch office from June 29.

„Serving customers in Ida-Virumaa and offering banking services remains important to us. However, when it comes to our Narva branch office, we are witnessing a trend whereby fewer customers are coming to the bank to conduct their everyday banking, while doing most of their banking through ATMs, the online and the mobile bank. We will definitely be there for any customer who needs help and support to use these solutions,“ says Birgit Hint, Head of Retail Banking at Luminor.

Our customers can continue to the ATMs in Narva and our online bank for their daily banking needs. If necessary, support will be provided by Luminor’s 24/7 customer hotline +372 628 3300.

Making a transaction in an ATM or the online bank is cheaper for the customer and generally more convenient compared to going to a bank office for the same purpose. In both cases, the service is available around the clock and is not dependent on opening hours. Existing customers, who have a personal Relationship Manager, will be assigned a new dedicated advisor in the neighbouring town Jõhvi.
