This summer will bring another step forward in the field of customer convenience. From June 1, we will send our household customers their renewed bankcards straight to their postal address, which means they will no longer need to come to the bank office to retrieve it.

„With our fast-paced lives, finding the time to come to the bank is becoming increasingly difficult. That is why we took the decision to save our customers’ time and effort and, from now on, send renewed cards directly to the postal address we have been given,“ says the Head of Customer Experience at Luminor Eesti, Lilian Rebane.

The renewed card will be sent by post to all household customers (private individuals) who have a valid online banking agreement. Those affected by the change, will get a personal notification at the beginning of the month.
