Online meetings are the most convenient way to solve your banking needs and you can have them without leaving your home. You can book your online meeting by filling out the web application.

Cards

Contactless payment limit is increased from 25 Euros to 50 Euros per payment to make physical card payments as safe as possible.

Order a new card

You can order a new card through the internet bank. Cards are delivered by mail to the address provided. More information about debit card possibilities can be found here and about credit cards here.

To order a card through internet bank go to CardsNew debit card application or Cards → New credit card application.
 
Change card payment limits

Card limits can be changed in internet bank section Cards → Change card limits.

You can check your account balance in your internet bank, mobile application and ATM network

Payments

Make a payment

You can make payments in your internet bank, mobile application or during quarantine time by calling us +372 628 3300.

Set up a standing order

Standing orders can be activated in the internet bank in section Payments → Standing order or E-invoices.
 
Change internet bank payment limits

Your internet bank payment limits can be changed in your internet bank under section Mail → New message → send us a letter in free form with new limits.

Daily banking packages

Daily banking package agreement can be activated and changed in internet bank section Applications → New application → Application for new banking packages.

Loans and grace period

You can apply for the lending products in your internet bank section Applications → New application → Loan application or by filling the application on Luminor’s webpage under suitable lending product. Currently lending consultations are offered only remotely via Skype. Please apply for online consultation by filling in the application.

You can apply for leasing products by filling in an application on Luminor’s webpage.
 
If you have any questions about grace period, then please consult our Q&A. You can fill in the application form (application is only available in Estonian language) on our website to request a grace period. The application PDF can be edited digitally. Please sign it digitally and e-mail it to us as liising@luminor.ee.

For most of the remote services the easiest and often only way to access them is by using Luminor’s internet bank or mobile bank.
To start using our internet bank call +372 628 3300. Internet bank agreement can be remotely signed with either e-signature.
