In the first week of May, Nordea has released an update of the Code App (version 1.8.0). If you download it and then while creating a new profile, you should choose International profile as the local profiles – Estonian, Latvian, Lithuanian – are not available after the update anymore.

Yes, you can order both devices. If the smart device does not have internet connection, then the Codes App will switch over to the no-internet-connection regime and you can successfully complete your operations.

Yes. Several people can use a single Codes app. Each user starts creating his/her profile in the Codes app by ordering their activation code from Netbank. The personal profile is created in the Codes app with a unique activation code. The profile is protected with a personal PIN-code.
A new user can be added in the Codes app under "User settings".
Yes. First, you need to order a new Codes app activation code from Netbank and then add a new user in the Codes application. Each customer can have three simultaneously used Codes app profiles.
Download the application "Nordea Codes" from the app store and order the activation code and temporary PIN-code from Luminor Netbank.

The app security is based on four factors: personal PIN-code, smart device, application access codes and a secure connection. Always make sure that your smart device is protected with a PIN-code or pattern lock and that the transaction you are about to confirm was initiated by you.
The Codes app and its use are secure as long as you protect your smart device with a PIN-code or pattern lock and never disclose your personal PIN-code to third parties.
The connection between the Codes app and Luminor is SSL/TLS encrypted.
In such a case, you must lock the Codes app on your phone. If you do not have access to your Netbank to lock the Codes app yourself, then please contact Luminor Customer Support.
If you forget your Codes app PIN-code, then you will have to delete the given Codes app profile and order a new Codes app activation code from Netbank. Then, you can create a new Codes app profile in your smart device.
If you change your telephone and want the Codes app to work on your new smart device, then you must first download “Nordea Codes“ app from the app store and order a new Codes app activation code from Netbank.
NB! We recommend ordering the new activation code from Netbank before you deactivate the Codes app in your old device.
If for some reason, the Codes app activation code by SMS has not reached you, you should reorder a new activation code from Netbank. To order, enter Netbank's full version and choose "Settings" and "Ordering the Codes app / code calculator".
