All customers will require a personal internet bank user
In Luminor's new internet bank, all company representatives must also have their own personal internet bank username, which can be used to make transactions from both their private accounts and their accounts related to companies. After the update, using the username associated with your company’s internet bank agreement is no longer possible.
If you do not have a personal Internet bank user yet, you need to sign a personal Internet bank user agreement in order to obtain a new username. We have previously shared the relevant information with active customers and sent a pre‑filled agreement for signing.
